Soundtrack (formerly Soundtrack Your Brand) is a music streaming service designed specifically for businesses, such as restaurants, shops, hotels, gyms or offices. You get access to over 125 million songs and more than 2,500 curated playlists, and manage everything through a single central account, whether for one room or multiple locations.

What problem does Soundtrack solve?If you play music in a restaurant, shop, hotel or practice, you can't simply use Spotify & Co., as these are only licensed for private use. Soundtrack is a music streaming service designed specifically for businesses: a huge catalogue, curated playlists for every industry and mood, and music that's cleared for commercial use.

How does trivum integrate Soundtrack?Soundtrack is integrated into trivum as a streaming source. In setup, you connect trivum to a zone in your Soundtrack account using a pairing code, after which it plays the music scheduled there. You can see track, artist and cover art as usual in the trivum app or on the touchpad.

Benefits of SoundtrackYou don't need an extra Soundtrack player or a tablet that has to run permanently somewhere: the music comes straight from the trivum system. You manage playlists and schedules centrally in Soundtrack, even across multiple locations. And with trivum, you control volume, rooms and scenes, optionally via KNX as well.

How can you customise Soundtrack in setup?You decide what music plays and when directly in Soundtrack: playlists, daily schedules, filters for songs with explicit lyrics. On the trivum side, you determine which zones play Soundtrack, and can use the source just like any other as an action on the home screen, in macros, or at system startup.

What limitations does Soundtrack support have?Each Soundtrack zone costs extra and can only ever be connected to one player at a time. So if you want different music in three areas, you need three Soundtrack zones. Also, in Germany, Soundtrack does not automatically replace GEMA licensing: check beforehand which additional licences you may need.
